The above rates do not include State Tax 7% and Hotel Tax 6%

Cleaning Fee (5 Days or Less)  $100/£65

Pool Heating $15/£10 per day ( reccommended from October to April )

A security deposit of $250/£150 will be required at time of final payment.  This will be refunded within 4 weeks of your departure upon satisfactory inspection of our villa by our management company, less any phone charges.  Any costs incurred for breakages, extraordinary cleaning or damage caused during the rental period will be deducted from the security deposit.

$300/£185 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance).
